About Us

Sethu Foundation is a Non Profit Company, registered under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013. The Foundation was registered in November 2019. All the legal compliances are in place, Statutory Auditor and company secretary has been appointed.

The abiding theme of Sethu Foundation is recognition of “ Unity of Life”. We recognise the interconnectedness and interdependence of all life forms with each other and with the life sustaining non living environment. We work with Children, Women, Families, for education, Social Entrepreneurship, Livelihoods, sustainability, Environment, Conservation, Animals and Plants etc.

Towards receiving moneys as donations/ CSR support, we have obtained Section 12AA and Section 80G exemptions from the Income Tax Authorities. For greater transparency we operate all our transactions only through one Bank account.
